We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something doesn't work out, we accept full returns for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed merchandise purchased at regular price and postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned free of damage and shipping labels. Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Please note that all clearance items, jewelry, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original. A refund or credit (whichever is applicable) will be issued once we receive the original item back in stock.
Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 2-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods. Orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods before 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours.
We offer a $7.00 Flat Rate shipping option via FedEx Ground on all domestic orders. Free Shipping is applied to orders of $ 50.00 or more (excluding tax). Free Shipping offers do not apply on international orders. We offer three reliable and convenient domestic shipping options with tracking through United Parcel Service (UPS):
Fedex Ground: delivery within 1-5 business days
Fedex 2nd Day Air: delivery within 2 business days ($ 17.00)
