Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something doesn't work out, we accept full returns for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed merchandise purchased at regular price and postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached. Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original. Please contact us at 1.800.803.6612 during normal business hours (9am-5pm PST), or email us at customerservice@elevenbyvenus.com to arrange for free shipping on the order. A refund or credit (whichever is applicable) will be issued once we receive the original item back in stock.

Sizing

Our Sizing Charts have been provided as a general guide for determining fit. In addition, we try to include accurate and detailed information regarding fit and measurements for each item in the product description. Please keep in mind, however, that sizing can vary between brands. If you are having difficulty selecting a size or are between sizes, we'd be glad to answer any questions you might have. Pricing on regular priced and sale items are non-negotiable and we do not offer price matching or price guarantees on any merchandise for sale on our website. Occasionally we will offer discounts and/or promotions, the details and guidelines of which will be posted on our website during the time of offer.
